Return and exchange deadlines and costs
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size exchange or a return.**
Returns with in-store delivery or at a SEUR pickup point are free of charge. It is recommended to make a single request to process an exchange or return.**
Returns or exchanges at pickup points will be managed through SEUR.
Return costs for the Balearic Islands will be borne by the customer.
Extended return period: orders placed between November 16 and December 16 may be returned until January 15.
The first exchange or return of each order is free of charge. Subsequent exchanges or returns will incur a fee of €1.95.
Ways to process a return or exchange
Returns in physical stores: go to your nearest Silbon store with the delivery note or confirmation email and the item(s) to be returned. Exchanges cannot be processed in-store; a return and a new purchase will be completed instead. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed in Silbon stores located in El Corte Inglés or Outlet stores.

To process a return or exchange, items must keep all original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition, and not have been used.
Gift cards and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refund period
Instant refunds will be available immediately in the account you specify during the return or exchange request.
If the selected refund method is not instant, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be effective within a maximum of 14 days.*
If you return your order in-store, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.*
* These timeframes may be slightly longer during sales periods.
The first size exchange or return of an item is free of charge. The collection cost for subsequent exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges or returns of underwear items (boxers and socks) and face masks are not permitted.
